Title: Cherry Pie Filling

Yield: 4 cups

3 c Fresh cherries
1/4 c Flour
1 tb Butter
1 c Sugar
1/4 ts Almond extract

Heat to boiling, everything but the almond extract, stirring
constantly. When thickened, add almond extract. Use in any recipe
that calls for cherry pie filling.
