1 egg

Mix well by hand. Drop by teaspoons into bowl of powdered sugar and coat. Sha
pe into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.

    Recipe

    In a blender, blend peas until it is a smooth mixture. Add
    onions, lime juice, and cilantro. Blend for 1 min.
    Don’t let the peas discourage you. It is an excellent, easy, and
    inexpensive dip. For tomato eaters, mix in pre made salsa or tomatoes
    as you get ready to serve it!

    SIMMER 10-15 MIN.
    Note: I use MUCH less chicken than this. Makes a thick soup, almost like

    WHITE TURKEY CHILI

    Amount Measure Ingredient — Preparation Method

    1 1/2 cups onion — chopped
    1/2 cup green bell pepper — chopped
    2 cloves garlic — minced
    1/2 teaspoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup chicken broth
    19 ounces cannellini beans — drain and rinse
    2 cups turkey light meat — cooked cubed
    1/2 cup monterey jack cheese — grated

    In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook onions, bell peppers, and
    garlic in oil until tender. Add cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper, and
    salt.
    Cook for 1 minute. Stir in beans and turkey. Bring to a boil; reduce
    heat and simmer (uncovered) for 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.

    Heat the oil in a wok or large deep skillet,over low heat for 1 minute.
    Meanwhile shred the cabbage fine.Add the cabbage and stir fry 4 minutes. Add
    sesame seeds and stir fry 1 minute more.Add teriyake sauce and toss
    ingredients until cabbage is tender but still crisp.Makes 4 servings..

    1 env Dream Whip whipped topping mix
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 c water — cold
    4 egg whites — whipped
    1 tbsp oil
    1 tsp vanilla

    7 1/4 ozs Betty Crocker Fluffy White Frosting Mix

    Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9 x 13″ pan with cooking spray; set aside.
    In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, Dream Whip, and baking powder. In
    another mixing bowl, combine water, egg whites, oil, and vanilla. Mix dry
    ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Bake for 40 minutes
    until golden brown. To prepare frosting, follow directions on box. Tehn,
    spread over cooled cake.

    Brown pork in butter. Add remaining ingredients except
    sour cream. Cover; cook over low heat–30 min.; stir
    often. Serve with spoonsfull of sour cream. A Balkan

    Spam Western Bean Soup

    SPAM WESTERN BEAN SOUP

    1 c Chopped onion
    1 tb Vegetable oil
    1 c Sliced carrots
    3 cn Condensed chicken broth
    -(14 1/2 oz)
    1/3 c Chili sauce
    3 tb Firmly packed brown sugar
    3 tb Cider vinegar
    2 ts Worcestershire sauce
    2 ts Prepared mustard
    2 cn Pinto beans, rinsed and
    -drained (15 1/2 oz)
    1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed
    -(12 oz)
    2 tb Chopped parsley

    In 5-quart saucepan, saute onion in oil until golden.
    Stir in carrots, chicken broth, tomatoes, chili sauce,
    brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and
    mustard. Mash half of beans with fork; add mashed
    beans and whole beans to soup. Blend well. Bring to a
    boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or
    until carrots are tender. Stir in SPAM and parsley.
    Simmer 2 minutes.

    Title: Popcorn Balls

    3 1/2 c Popped Corn
    1/2 c White Sugar
    3 tb Water
    3 tb Corn Syrup
    1/2 ts Salt
    2 tb Butter
    1/2 ts Vanilla

    Combine sugar, water, corn syrup, salt and butter in saucepan. Cook over
    medium heat until mixture is 250 degrees or until hard cracked stage. Remo
    from heat; add vanilla. Pour candy in a thin stream over popped corn
    tossing constantly. Shape into balls with buttered hands.
